4、 How it works
1） Mechanical interlock device: the internal interlock is realized in mechanical form. When one door is opened, the other door cannot be opened. The other door must be closed before opening the other door.
2.）Electronic interlock device: internal use of integrated circuit, electromagnetic lock, control panel, indicator light, etc. to achieve interlocking. When one door is opened, the other door opening indicator light is not on, which tells that the door cannot be opened, and the electromagnetic lock action realizes interlocking. When the door is closed, the electromagnetic lock of the other door starts to work, and the indicator light will be on, indicating that the other door can be opened.
5、 How to use
The pass box shall be managed according to the cleanliness level of the higher level clean area connected with it, for example, the pass box connected between the code spraying room and the filling room shall be managed according to the requirements of the filling room. After work, the operator in the clean area is responsible for wiping the internal surfaces of the transfer window and turning on the UV sterilization lamp for 30 minutes.
1）The materials entering and leaving the clean area must be strictly separated from the people flow passage, which is the special passage for materials in and out of the production workshop.
2） When the materials enter, the person in charge of the preparation team shall organize the personnel to unpack or clean the appearance of the raw and auxiliary materials and send them to the temporary storage room of raw and auxiliary materials in the workshop through the pass box; after the external temporary storage room is unpacked, the inner packaging materials shall be sent to the internal packaging room through the pass box. The workshop general staff shall handle the material handover with the person in charge of the preparation and inner packaging process.
3）When passing through the pass box, the regulations of "one opening and one closing" for the inner and outer doors of the transfer window must be strictly implemented, and the two doors cannot be opened at the same time. Open the outer door to put the materials in, then close the door first, then open the inner door to take out the materials, close the door, and so on.
4 ）When the materials in the clean area are sent out, the materials shall be first transported to the relevant material intermediate station, and then moved out of the clean area according to the reverse procedure when the materials enter.
5）All semi-finished products shall be transported out of the clean area from the pass boxto the external temporary storage room, and then to the external packaging room through the logistics channel.
6） The materials and wastes that are easy to cause pollution shall be transported to the non-clean area from the special pass box.
7） After the materials entering and leaving, the site of each cleaning room or intermediate station and the sanitation of the transfer window shall be cleaned in time, the internal and external access doors of the pass box shall be closed, and the cleaning and disinfection work shall be done well.
1） The pass box is suitable for general transportation. During transportation, rain and snow shall be prevented to prevent damage and corrosion.
2）The pass boxw shall be stored in a warehouse with a temperature of - 10 ℃ ~ + 40 ℃, a relative humidity of no more than 80%, and no corrosive gases such as acid and alkali.
3） When unpacking, it is required to operate in a civilized manner without rough and brutal operation, so as to avoid personal injury.
4）After unpacking, please first confirm whether the product is the designated product, and then carefully check the contents of the packing list to see if there are any missing parts and if there is any damage caused by transportation.
7、 Operation specification
1）Wipe the articles to be transferred with 0.5% Peracetic acid or 5% iodophor solution.
2）Open the side door outside the window, quickly place the object to be delivered, disinfect the pass box with 0.5% peracetic acid spray, and close the side door outside the window.
3） Turn on the UV lamp in the transfer window, and the UV irradiation shall not be less than 15 minutes.
4）Inform the laboratory personnel or staff in the barrier system to open the side door in the pass box and take out the articles.
5） Close the inner side door of the pass box.
