During the implementation of the purification project, in order to ensure the cleanliness of the clean room and the need for energy saving and consumption reduction, the airtightness of the enclosure structure is particularly critical. The problem of how to deal with the gaps on the doors and windows of the clean room is inevitably placed in front of the majority of purification engineering design and construction professionals.
The gaps on the doors and windows of the clean room are divided into fixed gaps and movable gaps. Different natures take up different proportions on clean room doors and windows. The airtight measures adopted for the airtightness of clean room doors and windows are not exactly the same. Clean room door and window gap treatment Generally speaking, clean room doors and windows have three types of structural gaps in common. The first category is the assembly and splicing of the bridge and the installation gap between the door and the clean room door; the second category is the lap gap between the door and the opening fan; the third category is the installation gap between the glass or other core boards.

1. Treatment of fixed gaps (Type 1 and Type 3) of clean room doors and windows:
The installation gaps for this type of gap check are not only relatively small in the number of doors and windows in each clean room today, but the combination of the door and the opening is relatively hidden after decoration, and it is a fixed gap that is easier to seal. The connection between the rib and the periphery of the hole should be firm, not only for the closed clean room doors and windows, but also the requirements of the general clean room door structure. Due to the large and fierce force of the clean room door, special attention should be paid to the process and the fixing of the clean room door. Whether the fixed points around the opening are firm and stable, but for closed clean room doors and windows, it must also be emphasized that the gap between the chamber and the clean room door or the hole should be tightly filled, and then covered with indoor and outdoor wall decoration layers. To ensure the air tightness of this type of gap, the second type of fixed gap is the installation gap of glass or other core boards.
2. Handling of moving gaps (class two):
How to overlap the opening fan and frame material of the clean room door is the key to the design of the clean room door seal. The gap at the lap joint is different from the fixed gap. Because the movable fan needs to be opened, the wood can take the "one-and-for-all" sealing measures. Compared with Zhou, the opening fan of the clean room door is larger, and the movable gap occupies a larger proportion of the total structural gap of the clean room door. The number of openings of the clean room door is much more frequent than that of the clean room. The working conditions of the gap around the door leaf are also more complicated.
Take a single-leaf open clean room door as an example. The two sides along the vertical direction are small. The side with the handle is often subjected to various frictions or collisions during passage, and the side with the hinge is applied to the chamber due to the rotation of the fan. The direction is completely different from the other three sides.
The threshold of the clean room must be specially constructed according to different requirements of transportation and pedestrians. Three of the four sides of the single-leaf open clean room door's gaps need to be treated differently, and the center gap of the double-leaf clean room door is also of special structure. Therefore, the sealing treatment of movable gaps in the design of clean room doors is a more prominent problem. The size and form of the slot where the opening fan and the frame material overlap each other are important issues that must be paid attention to in the design of the movable gap seal. The four factors of village bureau, frame, hardware, airtight strip and its mode of action should be comprehensively considered to make them coordinate with each other in terms of structural failure and stress state, and achieve the purpose of sealing.
3. The gap sealing of the door leaf of the flat open clean room:
The flat-open airtight clean room door is the most widely used clean room door in the clean workshop. It is usually used for passage or transportation. It is convenient for emergency evacuation in case of fire.
Generally, the elastic material of the shaped section is used as the sealing strip to be fixed and sealed at the seam. Commonly used clean room door opening width, double-leaf inner clean room door is mostly below 1800mm, double-leaf outer clean room door is mostly below 2100mm; the height of the opening is generally less than 2400mm.
The setting of the airtight strip. In the case of frequent opening and closing of the clean room door leaf, except for some clean room doors, all the sealing strips are set on the clean room door leaf to avoid the collision surface of the clean room door during transportation such as heavy equipment. The door is not allowed to be installed on the ground due to the transportation of the workshop. The hanging type sweeping airtight strip can only be installed at the bottom of the clean room door leaf close to the ground. Generally, in order to make the airtight strip do not touch, foot or car It is less affected by pedestrians and transportation. Lay a small section of a few millimeters in length and width gauge on the concealed groove of the clean room door, and then close and press the clean room door leaf.
The sealing strip should be laid continuously along the periphery of the movable gap to form a closed loop seal line after the clean room door is closed. When the sealing strips are installed at the door of the clean room and the door leaf of the clean room respectively, it must be noted that the potter has a good connection and minimize the small gap between the sealing strips at the seam of the clean room door.
